Stirrup Assembly

Traditionally reinforcement stirrups are assembled by spacing the stirrups along the main reinforcing steel and tying the two together. Due to the increase in labour costs, less labour intensive methods have to be considered by the contractor in order to achieve an acceptable profit margin.

Vibro Frame provides the contractor with a rigid reinforcing structure of any kind and shape, enabling a saving of up to 50% on assembly costs, providing a better structure quality. Links of any shape are welded to three thin, longitudinal, external wires. Due to the inherent rigidity of the Vibro Frame, the amount of ties required in order to support longitudinal steel are drastically reduced.
