Quality is an aspect of our business that’s always kept at the centre of JMV's business model. The Company is ISO 9001 certified – meaning that quality takes centre stage. Processes are in place ensuring that quality is maintained throughout all functions of the business, starting from the selection of suppliers right up to delivery, ensuring the preservation of customer satisfaction throughout.
We operate a full traceability system whereby orders can be traced back to the raw materials used and their respective Mill’s Test Certificates. Subsequently, JMV runs its own in-house testing lab to further guarantee quality of products supplied to the market. In this respect, JMV collects random samples at specified intervals during the production process. Samples are tested in the lab and certified in accordance to EU and National standards. Tests carried out include yield strength tests, ductility tests, elongation tests, bendability tests and weldability tests.

JMV achieves its Quality Management System by working in accordance to EN ISO 9001. The Company has successful made the transition to meeting the requirements set out by EN ISO 9001:2015 as certified by Intertek Certificate No: 075286.
