J.M. Vassallo Vibro Blocks Ltd. operates a Quality Management System in accordance to EN ISO 9001:2000.  The Quality Policy may be viewed by our clients at our Sales Office.

The company aims to provide a high quality traceable product, ensuring value for money, together with continuous improvements of its products and services in order to provide a better service to the customer.

Suggestions for improvement are sought both from staff and customers.  In particular feedback from customers is actively encouraged thereby providing improvement opportunities.
