GUTTANIT NATURCOLOR CORRUGATED BITUMEN SHEETS

Gutta naturcolor corrugated bitumen sheets are the first colour-impregnated, formaldehyde-free corrugated bitumen sheets on the market. The upper layers of the sheets are impregnated with dyes and resins during production. This new production method prevents later colour flaking. The sheets only unfold the complete intensity of their harmonic colours after some time on the roof. The natural oxidation of the asphalt on the surface makes the sheets lighter and therefore brighter.

Quality is the basis for gutta corrugated sheets, which have been installed in the millions in the past decades. In order to ensure constsnt quality, gutta corrugated bituminous sheets are continuously checked and tested by the Materials Testing Institute of the Technical University of Karlsruhe.

Gutta corrugated bitumen sheets are highly stable and yet lightweight thanks to their patented multi-layer design. In addition, the fibres which run predominantly pararell to the corrugation, provide a high degree of flexibility.
